Project Theatre partcipates in the Saltire Awards scheme which celebrates and rewards young volunteers aged 14-25yrs.
Project Theatre is defined by its people, and as a volunteer you can become an integral part of its work.
We know that there are lots of factors that motivate people to volunteer, and we try to give everyone a rewarding experience whatever their reasons – to learn new skills, give something back, develop a career path, get involved with the local community, make use of existing skills, increase experience, make friends or meet new people.
We recognise that everyone has many other commitments in their lives, so we provide flexible volunteering opportunities . We have a support system in place dedicated specifically to our volunteers, and we encourage an open-door policy so that volunteers can come and talk to someone if they need to.
Becoming a Project Theatre Volunteer means giving your time to a truly worthwhile cause. Across all departments, Project Theatre relies on the dedication and support of its volunteers and without them it would be a sadly different company.
