BARONY/LINLITHGOW PLAYERS NEXT PRODUCTION “The Winter’s Tale” 24th – 28th April 2012

The Barony Players and Linlithgow Players are collaborating on a joint production of The Winter’s Tale by William Shakespeare.

This production is part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s (RSC) Openstages Project which is encouraging amateur theatre groups to engage with the works of William Shakespeare. The joint companies have been fortunate enough to attend workshops delivered by the RSC and National Theatre Scotland as part of this project and are hoping that representatives will be attending one of the performances. The cast and crew are enjoying the challenge of bringing this play to the stage.

The production will take place at Linlithgow Academy and The Barony Theatre.

24th (Tuesday) and 25th (Wednesday) April at Linlithgow Academy at 7.30pm

27th (Friday) and 28th (Saturday) April at The Barony Theatre at 7.30pm

For budding artists and creative designers!

We want you to create an image by painting, drawing or even using pc tools such as Word or Paint to create images and designs related to Wizard of Oz (Rainbows, twisters, yellow brick road, emerald city etc) and if your design is picked as a winner it will feature in our programme and on website.
